Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as required by operational demands.
