Job Description
The Senior Systems Engineer will provide subject matter expertise in systems engineering and analysis for complex systems development, collaborate with clients, and lead team activities. The role requires 10+ years of engineering and technical leadership, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or another STEM discipline, and US citizenship.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering and technical leadership
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or another STEM discipline
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Excellent analytical and synthetical problem-solving skills
- Proficient written and oral communicator with proven ability to influence key outcomes
- Knowledgeable in development and acquisition processes (Automotive, Defense or other)
- Exceptional computer skills and experience with modeling languages such as UML, SysML, and BPMN
- Systems experience in modeling of system behaviors and functional safety
- Object Management Group (OMG) Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP)
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification (ASEP, CSEP or ESEP)
- Previous use of engineering tools such as MagicDraw/Cameo, Teamcenter, DOORs, and others
