Job Description
Conducts interviews and behavioral health assessments for potential admissions, including telehealth assessments. Provides admissions and intake services to patients and potential patients, and facilitates admission of in-patients and out-patients based on physician orders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin
- No experience required
