Job Description
Behavioral Health Therapist position at IL-SSM Health Behavioral Health, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30pm with flexibility on weekends. Competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin
- Provides comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities
- Develops a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for the patient
- Collaborates with other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Provides direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff
- Performs discharge planning
