Provides direct behavioral intervention services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to an autism population in center, home, and community settings.
Requirements
- Develops therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation consistent with all contracts, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Provides reports, program updates, and other information as requested to clinical supervisors and team members.
- Complies with the most recent Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ethics Code.
- Attends team and department meetings for continuing training/education on client-specific and behavioral analytic interventions.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
