CNA 2W Med Surg - Nights

A CNA 2W Med Surg - Nights position is available at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Baraboo. The role involves assisting in performing nursing care services for patients, including taking vital signs, monitoring behavior and physical condition, and providing personal care. The successful candidate will work 24 hours a week, primarily at night.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Wisconsin CNA certification
• Receives patient care assignment from the registered nurse (RN) in charge
• Initiates delegated tasks based on demonstrated competence in performing nursing activities for specific patient age group served
• Collects and documents data for the admission assessment and reassessment at specific times for patient population
