Job Description
Provides pharmaceutical care to patients, verifies medication orders, compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and hospital policy.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D; Bachelor of Pharmacy) from accredited school of pharmacy
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification required within 90 day of employment
- State licenses: Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin
