Registered Nurse - Clinical Float - Medical/Surgical

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of Medical Surgical units, assesses and evaluates patient care, and coordinates care planning with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment.
• Establish, coordinate and evaluate a plan of care based on analysis of assessment data.
• Provide and document nursing interventions based on assessed patient needs, plan of care, and changes in patient status.
