Registered Nurse - Regional Float - Medical Surgical

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool team. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to patients in a variety of medical-surgical settings.

Requirements

• Use standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase the quality of care and quality of life for patients, families, and significant others.
• Establish effective relationships and serve as an advocate with patients, families, and significant others to facilitate the development of the care plan.
• Use the nursing process to develop and implement the plan of care, collect assessment data, determine appropriate nursing diagnoses, identify expected patient outcomes, determine the plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
