Sterile Processing Technician Lead Certified

Job Summary: The Sterile Processing Technician Lead Certified is responsible for decontaminating, disinfecting, cleaning, and checking instruments, preparing and sterilizing reusable items, and preparing instrument trays for the Operating Room and all departments. The role requires leadership and innovation within the healthcare ministry, promoting employee engagement and safety outcomes.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• One year sterile processing experience
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) - The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
