Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Bilingual Recruiter to provide the best recruitment experience in Canada and the US using AI-powered tools, data analytics, and modern talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Complete bilingualism in English and Canadian French (Quebec French) – ability to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in the hospitality, food and beverage, or airport environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of: Canadian federal and provincial employment laws, human rights, and personal information protection.
- US federal, state, and local employment laws, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, pay equity, and salary transparency.
