Job Description
The HVAC Service Team Lead oversees commercial HVAC service projects, leads field technicians, coordinates turnkey repair and replacement projects, and maintains compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- 3+ years of leadership of supervisory experience in HVAC service or field operations
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between commercial service locations
