Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our Tampa team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades talent for select high profile clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
