Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a growing Construction Manager/General Contractor. Responsibilities include managing daily on-site construction activities, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

• Manage daily on-site construction operations
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives
• Enforce safety standards and site compliance
• Lead job site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Oversee quality control and project close-out
