Maintenance Technician

Perform maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment to support the site’s business goals and objectives. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Trade School Certificates preferred
• 2 years work experience in building maintenance industry
• Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear
• Occasionally required to stand and walk
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
