Job Description
St. Andrews at Francis Place is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist in all property maintenance tasks. The role includes diagnosing and repairing HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, as well as providing emergency on-call service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC-R experience and a working knowledge of water source heat pumps.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC-R experience
- EPA HVAC-R certification required
- Ability to read schematics and diagrams
- High school education or trade school equivalent
- Minimum 75-pound lifting capacity
- Ability to perform repetitive, bending, and kneeling motions
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines and changing priorities
