Girls Basketball Head Coach for the South Campus team, responsible for building a Christ-centered, competitive, and development-focused team culture.
Requirements
- Build and lead a Christ-centered basketball program aligned to Aug Prep's mission and values
- Model servant leadership through humility, encouragement, and integrity
- Develop a year-round vision including in-season and off-season programming, training, and team culture
- Plan and implement comprehensive training focused on skill development, team tactics, conditioning, and mental toughness
- Ensure all athletes meet academic, behavioral, and eligibility standards
- Maintain compliance with WIAA, conference, and school policies
