Job Description
Aug Prep is seeking a Girls Volleyball Head Coach to lead the team in building a Christ-centered, competitive, and development-focused culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching volleyball, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- A deep belief in the ability of every child and commitment to excellence
- Alignment with Aug Prep's Mission, North Star, and Christian values
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and lead with integrity
- Experience in coaching volleyball (3+ years preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CPR and AED certification preferred
- Active participation in a local church
- Team player with a service mindset and high character
