Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for daily patient flow for each respective physician for whom they work, using triage skills to gather information and anticipate physician's needs as they relate to the patients' medical care.

Requirements

• Escorts patients to exam rooms and prep for physician assessment.
• Records and maintains patient's medical data in patient's medical chart.
• Assists physician with answering phone requests from patients and/or other medical professionals and institutions.
• Performs a variety of physician-requested ancillary and/or surgical patient procedures.
• Maintains equipment, instruments supply inventory levels.
• Supports the vision, mission, and values of the organization in all respects.
• Delivers customer service and/or patient care in a manner that promotes goodwill, is timely, efficient, and accurate.
