Medical Assistant - Family Care

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for daily patient flow for each respective physician for whom they work, use triage skills to gather information, and assist physician with answering phone requests and procedures.

Requirements

• Escorts patients to exam rooms and prep for physician assessment
• Records and maintains patient's medical data in patient's medical chart
• Assists physician with answering phone requests from patients and/or other medical professionals and institutions
• Performs a variety of physician-requested ancillary and/or surgical patient procedures
• Maintains equipment, instruments supply inventory levels
• Supports Lean principles of continuous improvement
