Physician Structural Heart / Interventional Cardiologist

ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM is seeking a Physician – Structural Heart / Interventional Cardiologist to join the St. Charles Heart & Lung Specialists clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital and outpatient practice environments providing care in Interventional Cardiology. Responsibilities include performing cardiac interventions, interpreting cardiac diagnostic studies, and collaborating with other medical specialties to assess and manage patients.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Cardiology
• Successful completion of a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology and board certification / board eligible (within 2 years) in Interventional Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained Structural Heart Interventional Cardiologist with ≥2–3 years post-training experience OR Structural cardiologist with 5–10 years of full-spectrum independent experience
• Experience in the following procedure scopes: TAVR, TEER, LAAO, PVL closure, ASD/PFO closure
