The St. Cloud Area Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers a wide range of fitness, wellness, and aquatic programs to the St. Cloud community. It provides family-oriented health services, swimming instruction, and community events aimed at improving overall well-being for all ages.

Fitness Coordinator
Strong interpersonal communication skills required. Ability to work with youth and adults from beginner to advanced levels of fitness experience
Community Wellness Director
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field, 3-5 years of experience in fitness or health and wellness leadership, 2+ years of direct supervisory experience
Group Ex Instructor I
Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and a nationally recognized Group Exercise Certification, with experience in leading group exercise classes preferred
Lifeguard Supervisor
1 year of lifeguarding experience, 16 years old, current lifeguard certification
Pilates Reformer Instructor - Part Time
Minimum 18 years of age, experience in fitness instruction required, 150-500 hour comprehensive Pilates education
Lifeguard
Must be 15 years old, pass the American Red Cross swim test, and hold American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
Swim Instructor
16+ years old. CPR/AED/First Aid certified. YMCA Swim Instructor certification. Ability to work weekends and provide safety
Fitness Coach
Must be 18+, CPR/AED/First Aid certified within 30 days. Degree in health/wellness field preferred. Willingness to work evening/weekend
Personal Trainer I
Requires 18 years of age, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience in fitness instruction
Sports & Recreation Supervisor
High school diploma, experience working with youth, and excellent customer service required
