Job Description
The Supported Living Aid (SLA) provides personalized assistance to individuals with unique abilities who require help with tasks like preparing meals, doing housekeeping, and laundry. The role involves providing both individual personal support and maintaining skills that promote independence and community integration, guided by an Individual Service Plan (ISP). The position is in-person and may involve various settings, including home and community, and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
