Job Description
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, providing education on hospice care, and assisting with intake to ensure timely and accurate referral coordination.
Requirements
- Meet admission and call volume targets
- Coordinate daily sales and marketing operations
- Document all sales activity in the CRM
- Employ marketing and promotional initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of markets
- Enhance flow of communication between patient, family, caregiver, facility, physician team, and vendors
- Assist Director of Patient Services/Regional Director in establishing organization volume projections
- Conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling marketing events
- Assist with ongoing training and support of Care Transition Team
- Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
- Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts
