Job Description
We are seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes. As an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, you'll support patients with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life at the end of life.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
