Job Description
St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to lead their clinical team and deliver exceptional patient-centered care. As Manager of Clinical Services, you'll inspire and empower a dedicated team to shape strategic care plans and champion a culture of excellence and empathy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
