Job Description
The Case Manager works as a team member with several social service professionals and paraprofessionals to deliver quality care in accordance with the rules and regulations established and adhering to the mission of St. Joseph Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
- Two years' experience providing services to highly vulnerable populations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to use widely supported internet browsers.
- Access to reliable transportation.
