Case Manager I Mental Health (FSP SPA 6)

St. Joseph Center is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive housing services, outreach, food assistance, mental health support, and workforce development to low-income individuals, youth, and families. We are looking for a Case Manager I to work with clients who meet criteria for chronic homelessness and severe mental health disorders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
• Two years' experience providing services to highly vulnerable populations
• Valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation
• Valid automobile liability insurance
