Job Description
Resident Monitor position at St. Joseph Center, responsible for care, welfare, safety, and security of participants during their stay, with duties including direct client service, site checks, emergency handling, and reporting incidents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to work with people of diverse social backgrounds
- Ability to take direction and work as a member of a team
- High level of flexibility and ability to prioritize appropriately
- Ability to present oneself and the agency professionally to internal and external audiences
- Ability to regularly lift up to 30lbs
