Area Executive Director (Philadelphia, PA)

Join ALSAC and make a difference in the lives of children with cancer. As an Area Executive Director, you will lead fundraising efforts and grow revenue sources to achieve organizational goals. You will work with high-wealth donors, volunteers, and corporate partners to cultivate and manage relationships. The role involves strategic planning, talent acquisition, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Minimum six years in fundraising with progressive leadership responsibilities
• Ability to travel within the assigned region, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proven success in attracting and retaining top talent
• Strong diplomacy and relationship-building skills with high-wealth individuals and corporate partners
