Job Description
At ALSAC, we're looking for a Sr. Advisor - Area Development to drive our mission to advance cures and means of prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases. This role will involve leading event management, creative vision, organizational projects, relationship development, and fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will have 6 years of experience in fundraising, development, customer service, or sales, with a strong focus on major gifts and events.
Requirements
- 6 years of relevant experience in fundraising, development, customer service, or sales
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, relatable manner
- Strong donor-centric focus
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Collaborative mindset
- High-level understanding of data systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule
