Job Description
ALSAC is seeking a Sr Advisor - Technology Services to drive a culture of collaboration and integrated strategy across ITS, the ALSAC enterprise, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in fundraising, IT operations, communications, supplier management, or a related field, with a proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in fundraising, IT operations, communications, supplier management, or a related field
- Demonstrated progression in leadership responsibilities, including strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development
- Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge business and technology
- Practical understanding of AI and automation use cases in business environments
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive results
