Contractor Hub Assistant

The Contractor Hub Assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the onsite planroom, managing paperwork, coordinating subcontractor activities, maintaining databases, supporting client recruitment and training for the trades, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience working with bids and estimates
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management and strategic planning skills
