Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Care Partner to join our Nursing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting elders to live meaningful and dignified lives by encouraging their participation in daily activities and providing personal care when needed.
Requirements
- WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing Care), HMI, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in nursing homes or hospitals
- Competence in English; ability to converse in Mandarin or dialects is an advantage
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills with ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
