Community Care Associate (East Region)

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Community Care Associate to join our Centre-Based Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our elders by monitoring their health status and providing direct care, as well as planning and conducting meaningful activities based on their preferences and interests.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec qualifications
• Genuine interest and patience in serving elderly clients
• Prior caregiving experience in hospitals, nursing homes, or home settings is an advantage
• Strong team player with good communication and organisational skills; able to work independently under time constraints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
