Varsity Girls Basketball Program Director

St. Luke's School is searching for a Varsity Girls Basketball Program Director for the 2026-27 season. The program director will oversee the coaching staff and develop the program into one of the region's best.

Requirements

• Strong communicator with students, parents, alumni, and administration
• Desire and ability to help grow and cultivate the program into one of the region's best
• Passion for the sport of basketball and for developing, leading, mentoring, and inspiring student-athletes
• Experience with the college recruitment process, and strong ties to college coaches
• Proper working knowledge and experience within the sport of basketball
