Clinical Coordinator-Operating Room

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating daily operations and guiding the unit based team. They develop, evaluate and adjust current and future staffing based upon patient care needs and participate in hiring and counseling staff. The Coordinator also facilitates staff education activities, provides input to annual performance reviews and conducts customer service activities.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of New Jersey or Pennsylvania
• Two to five years nursing experience in unit specialty
• Evidence of successful completion of BLS
