Requirements
- Comprehensive initial evaluations
- Collaborates with patients to create short and long-term goals
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and other health care providers
- Manages patients to improve their ability to move, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability
- Establish and update diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care based on the best available evidence and clinical reasoning
