Occupational Therapist/PD/Weekday, Weekend and Holiday Availability

St. Luke's is hiring a per Diem Occupational Therapist to join their Acute Care Team in Lehighton, PA. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatment programs for referred patients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapist License in Pennsylvania, and CPR Certification.

Requirements

• Perform occupational therapy examination in a technically competent manner
• Establish realistic and attainable short-term and long-term goals with each patient
• Perform therapeutic exercises effectively and appropriately
• Administer therapeutic modalities and programs appropriately and effectively
• Fit assistive, prosthetic, and orthotic devices and provide appropriate training
• Document accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to the Standards of Practice and institutional policy and procedures
