Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

St. Luke's is seeking a per diem occupational therapist to evaluate and administer occupational therapy treatment programs for referred patients in the acute care setting. The occupational therapist will provide rehabilitation services to patients with physical, cognitive, or psycho-social dysfunction.

Requirements

• Occupational therapy license in good standing required and issued by the State of Pennsylvania
• New Jersey license in good standing required for employment within state of New Jersey
• Must be registered with National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Master's and/or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Successful completion of required affiliations and/or CEU's to maintain licensure
