Job Description
The Community Impact Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting families served through the Empowerment Hub and the Food Assistance Program at St. Matthew’s House, ensuring families have access to holistic services that promote stability, growth, and empowerment.
Requirements
- Passion for the mission and vision of St. Matthew’s House
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience working with families, volunteers, or community programs
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Comfortable working in a faith-based, compassionate environment
- Available for flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events
