Job Description
The Development Operations Manager is the operational steward of the Development Department's systems, data, and gift processing functions. This role ensures that every act of generosity entrusted to St. Matthew's House is received, recorded, protected, and stewarded with excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years nonprofit development or operations experience
- Prior management experience preferred
- Donor database experience; Virtuous preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft tools proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment
