Survey Research Interviewer

St. Norbert College is seeking a part-time Survey Research Interviewer to conduct phone interviews, collect and enter data, and perform administrative tasks. Regular shifts are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM, remotely or on campus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with interviewing either in person or over the phone is strongly preferred
• Ability to read clearly from a script with a professional telephone manner
• Interpersonal skills, including listening, rapport building, and conflict resolution
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately into an online system
• Knowledge of computer programs, especially Google Suite
