The Associate College Chaplain is a full-time position responsible for developing and leading programming for Christian, multi-religious, spiritual and non-religious students, and supporting the development of, and participating in, programming designed to foster inter-religious education and engagement.
Requirements
- MDiv/MTS or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a pastor or chaplain
- Experience planning and leading worship services
- Strong understanding of major world religions
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring or supervising student leaders, interns, or peer educators
- Knowledge of best practices in pastoral care and counseling
