The Associate Director of Buntrock Commons is responsible for overseeing the operations of Buntrock Commons, cultivating a welcoming environment, and promoting student belonging and community-building. The position involves supervising student staff, developing building policies, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in professional/graduate college student programming, leadership development, and/or related experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or a related field of study.
