Head Men's Basketball Coach

The Head Men's Basketball Coach is responsible for leading the men's basketball program at St. Olaf College, including directing, organizing, and administering all aspects of the program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in coaching and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The position requires a commitment to promoting a team atmosphere of inclusion and acceptance, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of high school, club, or college coaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
