St. Paul Academy and Summit School seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and goal-oriented Director of Auxiliary Programs to drive the growth and success of our summer camp and auxiliary programs while developing and managing additional revenue-generating initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience as a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with a passion for youth programming and a commitment to operational excellence.
- A minimum of 2 years in a progressively responsible management role; 4-5 years of leadership in summer and/or auxiliary programs preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, identify new opportunities and build programs that are innovative, mission-aligned, and financially sustainable.
- Deep knowledge of youth programming, including current trends, best practices, legal requirements, and risk management.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Experience promoting programs through digital media, social platforms, and website content management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
