St. Paul Academy and Summit School seeks a Pathways Coordinator to lead the development and management of the Christopher Center Pathways Program, teach one Pathway/Orton-Gillingham class, and supervise program faculty.
Requirements
- Educational Leadership, or a closely related field, preferred
- Orton-Gillingham trained and certified through the Academy of Orton-Gillingham at the associate level
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an educational setting, including direct teaching experience and administering student support services
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal leadership, supervisory, or program coordination role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze student data to inform placement and program development
- Proven experience in leading professional development initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication skills
- Effective cross-cultural communication skills
