Job Description
The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining participant medical records in compliance with PACE, CMS, HIPAA, and organizational requirements. This role supports the timely collection, organization, release, and maintenance of medical information for both prospective and active participants and serves as a supporting member of the St. Paul’s PACE Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- One year experience in a medical records or healthcare administrative role
