Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and ensuring care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred (skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of geriatric nursing care and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents (up to 50+ lbs with assistance).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
